Baltic Jazz Regatta
Bornholm has for many years been the host for Østersø Jazz Festival. For the 10th edition of the festival, a local initiative was born to use the occasion to combine the music festival with an international sailing competition.
My role was to develop the visual identity for the Baltic Jazz Regatta which included a logo, posters, banners, flags, merchandise and playbooks targeting sponsors.
The visual identity combines the maritime elegance of naivy blue and white with a fresh yellow and modern typography.
To contrast the maritime classic, the logo is playfull and organic. It has a strong reference to jazz emphesizing the unique selling point of the regatta and setting the stage for numerous concerts prepared for the visiting sailors.
